Selection Process
Initial Screening
Our top candidates have an ideal mix of teaching experience, professionalism, and love of learning.
Interview
A lengthy in-person interview determines which applicants will be successful with their students.
Training
Potential instructors learn effective teaching strategies and how to ignite their students' imaginations over the course of our rigorous, two week long training course.
Testing and Evaluation
This knowledge is put to the test during practice sessions with dedicated staff members. Our staff pinpoint which points from training need to be covered again and give helpful tips along the way!
Final Assessment
At the end of training, a final determination is made. Only instructors who have demonstrated mastery of the concepts covered in training and testing are able to go "live" with our students.
