Conditions

  • Lesson fees are deducted automatically from your account every month.

  • Each month is counted 30 days from the day of subscription.

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so through the student portal or by contacting Customer Service. Once your account is closed, lesson fees will no longer be deducted from your account.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Lessons can be reserved up to 15 minutes before their starting time.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the lesson.

  • Lessons not taken cannot be accumulated. The booking and taking lessons need to be done daily.

  • If your teacher cannot conduct class for a certain day, students can choose between being assigned a substitute teacher and receiving a make-up class at a later date.

  • If you experience any problems or have any questions, please contact Customer Service.

Stripe

  • KWT Academy uses Stripe to allow our students to easily pay for their classes around the world. It is a fast, secure way to use local credit cards online.

  • Stripe allows you to pay for your classes with your local credit card. Please be advised that your credit card provider may charge an international transaction fee or processing fees. This transaction fee depends on your bank.

Refunds

  • Within 7 days from the payment date: Full refund, given that the student has not taken any lessons.

  • Within 14 days from the payment date: 50% refund, given that the student has not taken any lessons.

  • After 14 days from the payment date: Non-refundable.

  • If you don't cancel your subscription before your session's month ends, you will automatically be charged the standard price every month until you cancel. You may check when your class session ends on the student portal or by contacting Customer Service. 

  • For recurring payments, the refund policy is only valid for the first month of your subscription. It is not valid for recurring payments from the second payment onwards. You will be charged automatically the standard price every month until you cancel, regardless of whether classes have been taken or not.
